About the role
Optifashion is seeking a Sales Associate with optical retail experience to join its UAE store. You will provide personalized customer service and help customers choose eyewear, frames, and prescription lenses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent and personalized customer service
- Advise customers on eyewear, frames, and prescription lenses
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain product and fashion knowledge of eyewear
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and after‑sales service
- Handle sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of optical retail sales experience
- Experience with prescription lenses and eyewear
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage
- Confident, professional, and team‑oriented
- Willingness to learn and work in a target‑driven environment
