Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection and convert browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow the company selling guideline (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all brand lines for suggestive selling.
• Ensure the store is well‑groomed, presentable and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
• Arrange stock according to layout norms and VM guidelines; record inventory movements.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash till reconciliation, issue receipts, refunds and process payments (cash, card, vouchers).
• Monitor store security and follow loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods, and maintain confidentiality of sales data.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong personal grooming.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge and ability to minimise stock loss.
• Reliability, attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
