Sales Coordinator

About the role

Fisher HR is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Dubai on a full-time basis. The role supports the Sales Manager and Business Development Managers in achieving the division's annual sales targets, covering customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and payment follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers on enquiries and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations for the Hotel Service, Material Handling, Airport and Access Control divisions.
• Process orders by entering them into SAP, liaising with the head office and factory on delivery times and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on deliveries where required.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support the Sales Manager and BDMs in reaching the annual sales target.
• Ensure clear dispatch instructions and timely dispatches.
• Build product and application knowledge, prepare presentations, product positioning and FAB analysis.
• Maintain a database of key contacts in each account and support marketing activities such as mailers and product descriptions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder.
• At least 3 to 5 years of sales support or customer service experience, or similar role.
• Customer service skills: friendly, courteous and confident.
• Proactive, able to work independently, with strong commitment to company values and teamwork.
• Strong work ethic, ability to organise multiple priorities and computer proficiency.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
