Sales Coordinator – Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will handle office tasks, prepare sales documents and act as a primary contact for guests and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying to keep the Sales & Marketing department running smoothly.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders throughout the sales process.
• Assemble promotional packages, brochures and other marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages, promotions and special events.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests via phone and email.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and uphold company policies.
• Support team members, develop positive working relationships and contribute to achieving common goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in sales or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
