Sales Development Representative

About the role

NodeShift, a sovereign AI company that anonymises sensitive data so users can safely use models such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, is expanding rapidly in the United Arab Emirates. It is looking for a Sales Development Representative to grow its pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call senior decision-makers to generate qualified leads and meetings in the UAE
• Run outbound LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns targeting banks, government bodies and defence organisations
• Research and identify C-level, VP and Director-level stakeholders in IT, AI, Security and Digital Transformation
• Secure introductory and discovery calls for the sales team
• Work with founders and sales leadership to refine messaging, ICPs and outreach strategy
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date with notes, activity and pipeline status

Required profile

• 1-4 years of experience in SDR or outbound sales, ideally B2B, enterprise, SaaS or infrastructure
• Comfortable cold calling senior stakeholders (non-negotiable)
• Strong written communication for LinkedIn and email outreach
• Ability to book meetings with C-suite and VPs
• Ability to explain technical or complex products; knowledge of AI, cloud or security is a plus
• Organised, persistent, metrics-driven, and resilient to rejection

Nice to have

• Experience selling into banks, government, defence or regulated industries
• Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Experience supporting deals that lead to pilots or PoCs
