About the role
The Sales Executive will drive sales of Certified Pre‑Owned vehicles, maintain gross profit margins and promote finance and insurance products. The role focuses on guiding customers through a structured sales journey to boost trade‑ins, accessories sales and overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets while maximizing retained gross margins.
- Meet monthly Finance & Insurance product sales, trade‑in and accessories targets.
- Manage leads (tel/web/walk‑in) to achieve a 25% conversion rate and capture full customer data in C4C.
- Collaborate with showroom managers to improve second‑facing opportunities and enhance NPS/CSV scores.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training to stay updated on brand campaigns and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication and upselling abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM (C4C).
