Sales Executive - Digital Marketing Solutions

About the role

OneSync, a Swedish technology and digital marketing company expanding across Dubai and the UAE, is hiring a Sales Executive. The role introduces OneSync's services to UAE businesses and supports the company's regional growth. It suits a commercially minded professional who can explain digital services in practical terms and build trusted relationships with local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective business customers and build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Understand each prospect's business goals and explain relevant OneSync solutions clearly.
• Conduct sales meetings and product presentations, answer questions and prepare suitable proposals.
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through follow-up, negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity records in the company's sales tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and ensure a smooth handover after a sale.
• Monitor market feedback and customer needs to help improve sales messaging and service offerings.

Required profile

• B2B sales experience, ideally selling software, digital marketing or other business services.
• Confident presentation and consultative selling, including explaining website, SEO and digital marketing solutions to non-technical customers.
• Clear verbal and written communication, active listening and effective objection handling.
• Ability to prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and work toward measurable sales targets.
• Organized pipeline management and accurate record-keeping using CRM or comparable sales tools.
• Commercial awareness, curiosity about UAE businesses and their digital growth needs, self-motivation and resilience.
