Sales Executive – Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Multi‑Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of Personal Loans, Credit Cards and other retail banking products in the UAE. The successful candidate will leverage strong market connections and a proven incentive‑earning record to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales for Personal Loans, Credit Cards and multi‑product banking solutions.
• Acquire new customers through outbound outreach, referrals and existing networks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Ensure all documentation complies with UAE banking regulations and KYC norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
• Stay updated on product features, market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE banking sales experience.
• Demonstrated high incentive/commission earnings.
• Strong knowledge of personal loans, credit cards and retail banking products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently under target pressure.
• Existing customer database or market contacts is a plus.
