Sales Executive - SaaS for Restaurants

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014, is hiring a Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi. The role drives growth by sourcing, closing and maximising revenue from new and existing partners, mainly selling SaaS software to restaurants and expanding collaboration with digital third-party integration apps.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targets: maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events, and turn demo sessions into confirmed sales
• Build relationships with new strategic partners and keep existing ones engaged
• Use CRM systems to follow up on customer projects and report on sales activities
• Build a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota and use data and CRM insights to optimise strategy
• Complete product feature and sales technique training and score well on product knowledge tests

Required profile

• BS/BA in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, software or SaaS preferred; fresh graduates with a passion for SaaS sales will also be considered
• Valid driver's licence, access to a personal car and willingness to do fieldwork
• Excellent English and Arabic communication; fluency in other languages is a plus
• Self-starter who can work independently and handle several initiatives at once
• Previous experience in SaaS, technology or F&B, and restaurant operations experience is a plus
