Sales Manager GCC & MENA

About the role

Lead sales development and account management for the GCC and wider MENA source markets, driving profitable revenue growth across the Rixos Hotels & All‑Inclusive Collection portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan with clear account priorities, revenue targets and measurable actions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of travel trade, corporate, government, group and MICE accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with decision‑makers and strategic partners.
• Deliver revenue and room‑night targets while supporting rate and profitability objectives.
• Lead negotiations for account agreements and preferred partnerships within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with hotel Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to align proposals and deliver client requirements.
• Maintain a reliable sales pipeline, provide forecasts, performance reports and market insights to regional leadership.
• Coach sales executives and coordinators, ensuring consistent account management and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of hotel sales experience covering GCC and MENA accounts.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of regional travel trade, corporate, government or MICE segments.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.
