Sales & Service Advisor – Home Finance (Dubai)

About the role

The Sales & Service Advisor will guide customers through the entire home‑finance onboarding journey, from sourcing applications to final disbursement. This role combines sales targets with after‑sales support to ensure a seamless experience for home‑buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and facilitate home‑finance applications, ensuring all documentation and credit requirements are met.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets and open new business avenues.
• Handle post‑sale queries until the construction funds are fully disbursed.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Adhere to bank‑prescribed processes, SOPs, and Central Bank regulations, including KYC and ID&V compliance.
• Communicate accurate information to customers, avoiding mis‑selling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within real‑estate or home‑finance sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet individual targets month over month.
