About the role
The reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive growth and expand its customer base in Dubai. You will lead a sales team, develop strategic plans, and build lasting relationships with key clients in the OTC and consumer healthcare market.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and strengthens market presence.
- Achieve growth targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team.
- Build and nurture long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Participate in realistic forecasting, resource planning, and execution to ensure target achievement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in OTC/consumer healthcare within the UAE.
- Native Hindi speaker.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
- Willingness to attend face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
