SAP Enterprise Architect – RISE with SAP (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture of a large‑scale RISE with SAP transformation for a leading energy organisation in the UAE. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, transformation leadership, and a global System Integrator to ensure the programme is scalable, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SAP architecture across a major S/4HANA programme.
• Drive governance and oversight for a RISE with SAP implementation.
• Oversee integration across multiple SAP workstreams.
• Challenge and audit System Integrator architecture decisions and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
• Support enterprise‑wide transformation, data migration, integration, and security initiatives.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years as an Enterprise SAP Architect.
• Strong RISE methodology and implementation experience.
• Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Recent exposure to the Oil & Gas / Energy industry (non‑negotiable).
• Enterprise integration and architecture governance experience.
• Excellent business‑facing and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience working alongside global System Integrators.
• Preferably local regional experience in the Middle East/UAE.
