About the role
techcarrot FZ LLC is looking for an experienced and proactive SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead in Dubai. The role drives the implementation and ongoing management of the SAP SuccessFactors platform across the organization, acting as the main link between business stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyse and document HR requirements and turn them into system solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact between HR, IT and business units on all SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, SAP consultants and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery.
Required profile
- 8-12 years of overall experience in HR technology, ERP or digital transformation programmes.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Experience leading at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
