SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant in the UAE to support a major SAP SuccessFactors HR transformation programme. The consultant provides functional expertise across configuration, HR process transformation and stakeholder engagement, taking part from requirements and solution design through testing, migration, go-live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in discovery sessions, process assessments and fit-to-standard workshops, and turn HR requirements into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and validate assigned modules, keeping configurations scalable, maintainable and aligned with SAP standards.
• Review partner designs, configurations and deliverables and provide functional challenge where appropriate.
• Work with HR leadership, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders to resolve process, system and integration issues.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation and HR master-data activities.
• Assist with SIT, UAT, defect resolution and release readiness, and support cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Contribute to role-based permissions, workflows, approvals, privacy and access-control requirements.
• Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, payroll platforms and other HR systems, and produce functional documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• UAE/GCC HR or payroll experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong Employee Central experience; additional modules such as Talent, Time or Payroll integration are an advantage.
• Configuration, workflows, role-based permissions, testing, defect resolution and data migration.
• Understanding of HR master data, organizational structures and employee lifecycle processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification highly desirable; additional certifications an advantage.
