School Bus Foreman

About the role

A reputable school transportation company in Dubai is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage drivers and fleet maintenance, and ensure smooth, safe and timely school transport services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers and transportation staff.
• Schedule and coordinate daily school pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance and behaviour.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and inspected regularly.
• Handle emergency situations or delays with quick and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance and complaints.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with RTA and school transport guidelines.
• Coordinate with school management and parents on any concerns.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (Category 3 or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules.
• Ability to read and speak basic English or Arabic.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible day/night shifts.
