Senior Architect Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect Engineer to lead the design, planning, and execution of diverse architectural projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements.
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and advise on design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for design development.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and other engineers to integrate building systems.
• Prepare cost estimates and timelines for client approval.
• Oversee construction to ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and regulations.
• Review contractor bids and select suitable contractors.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality control throughout construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as an Architect Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Professional licensure or certification as an Architect Engineer is preferred.
