Senior Architect – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of high‑end residential and villa projects in the UAE. You will shape the architectural vision from concept through construction, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design development for luxury villas and residential communities.
• Coordinate architectural packages across all project phases, maintaining design intent, compliance, and constructability.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants, specialist designers, and internal construction teams.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to high‑quality standards.
• Manage authority submissions and approvals (ADM, civil defense, utilities, etc.).
• Provide on‑site architectural support, addressing queries and design clarifications.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations, regional design expectations, and employer branding standards.
• Support value‑engineering initiatives while safeguarding design quality.
• Mentor junior architects and help build internal architectural capability.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience delivering high‑end or luxury developments in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
