Senior Associate – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Senior Associate will support the FP&A Manager in delivering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for Modon Communities across all business segments. The role involves building financial models, preparing variance analysis and creating Power BI dashboards to enable data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing 5‑year business plans, annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from all segments.
• Produce monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identify key drivers and draft performance commentary.
• Partner with asset managers and operational teams to gather data, validate assumptions and resolve queries.
• Support cost‑optimization, capital allocation and funding projects with analytical models and business cases.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports in collaboration with Group IT.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or financial analysis, preferably in large, asset‑intensive organisations.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CGMA or CPA/ACCA is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong analytical and variance analysis capabilities.
