Senior Construction Manager – Commercial & School Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead commercial and school projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with design intent, and delivering high‑quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, coordination and handover of multi‑disciplinary civil works.
• Resolve site issues related to structural, architectural and MEP interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DM, DDA, KHDA, Civil Defense).
• Control contracts, variations, progress monitoring and cost reporting in partnership with QS/commercial teams.
• Communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead quality assurance, safety protocols and regulatory adherence across all construction phases.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Apply specialised knowledge for school facilities such as classrooms, labs, sports areas, acoustic standards and child‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of construction management experience on commercial and educational projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to handover.
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE construction authority regulations.
• Experience in contract administration, variation control and cost management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership ability to guide multidisciplinary site teams.
