About the role
The Senior Design Manager will lead design delivery for complex multidisciplinary infrastructure and land development projects across the Middle East, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to construction support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and implement design management plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
- Act as primary design interface with clients, authorities, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Drive technical excellence, innovation, and sustainability throughout project stages.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and strategic growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with at least 15 years of design experience.
- Proven leadership of large, complex infrastructure and urban development projects.
- Professional registration (CEng, PE or equivalent) and preferably a Master's degree or PMP certification.
- Experience working in the Middle East on smart city or giga‑project environments.
Required skills
- BIM and Digital Engineering tools.
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Project management methodologies and risk management.
