Senior Director of AI & Data Science

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for a Senior Director of AI & Data Science to shape the AI vision across its portfolio of world‑class entertainment and leisure attractions. You will lead the development of advanced analytics, machine‑learning, generative and agentic AI solutions that drive business growth and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI and data‑science strategy and roadmap.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Deliver high‑impact data‑science initiatives that influence strategic decisions.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing team of AI and data‑science professionals.
• Partner with senior business leaders and technology teams to identify AI opportunities and accelerate data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI, machine learning or advanced analytics.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross‑functional AI teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
