Senior Engineer – Managed Services

About the role

Convergint is seeking a Senior Engineer – Managed Services to lead technical activities, mentor the Managed Services team and ensure high‑quality service delivery across projects in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for Managed Services, providing clarification and guidance.
• Develop and enhance the technical skills of the Managed Services field team.
• Oversee troubleshooting, testing, implementation and preventive‑maintenance activities.
• Plan resources, equipment and capacity, managing software and hardware availability.
• Conduct site visits, technical surveys and quality inspections under AMC contracts.
• Prepare technical guidelines, evaluate team performance quarterly and mentor staff.
• Develop and maintain a remote Managed Services program and ensure efficient hand‑over to field teams.
• Evaluate tender specifications and build client and vendor relationships.
