About the role
The Senior Executive Vendor Management professional will oversee vendor relationships for the Beauty category, ensuring reliable service delivery, accurate procurement processes, and effective cross‑functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty vendors, monitor performance, and resolve supply issues.
- Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, track open POs, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Act as primary liaison between the Beauty team, vendors, finance, merchandising and logistics to align procurement timelines.
- Prepare procurement reports, PO trackers and vendor performance summaries, and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related field.
- 2‑5 years experience in procurement or vendor management within a retail or beauty environment.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve supply chain issues.
