Senior Full Stack Engineer (GenAI)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI‑assisted development. The successful candidate will own end‑to‑end delivery of scalable enterprise applications, driving projects from design through production with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack solutions using Node.js and React.js.
• Build secure, high‑performance RESTful APIs and micro‑service back‑ends.
• Create responsive, reusable UI components with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, CodeCursor, ChatGPT) to boost productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision‑making.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Follow best practices: clean code, automated testing, documentation, CI/CD.
• Continuously identify and implement engineering process improvements.
