Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing technology company in Dubai. You will help shape the product, define the architecture and set engineering standards for a next‑generation platform that modernises a complex global industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features across the front‑end and back‑end.
• Define and evolve the platform architecture and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments.
• Contribute to API design, data modelling and real‑time data processing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving product environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.
