Senior HR Business Partner – UAE National

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner works independently to manage complex people matters and supports senior leaders across high‑impact business units. The role is pivotal in delivering HR advisory, ensuring alignment with DMCC’s Emiratization goals, and escalating high‑risk issues to the Associate Director of HR Business Partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders of complex, high‑impact units to provide HR advisory and support effective people decision‑making.
• Challenge and coach leaders on people matters using HR frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee and organisational issues, escalating sensitive or enterprise‑wide matters as needed.
• Support the execution and cascading of the HR strategy into departmental plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end performance‑management cycle for assigned units, ensuring compliance with DMCC frameworks.

Required profile

• UAE national with extensive experience (minimum 6 years) in HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously on complex, high‑impact people issues.
• Strong understanding of local authority regulations and Emiratization initiatives.
