Senior HR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to support and drive key HR processes across compensation, recruitment, learning, organisational development and employee relations. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will work on global HR initiatives and provide professional guidance to people leaders and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Drive various aspects of compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, organisational development and employee relations under broad direction.
• Own and operate one or more global HR processes within the designated functional area.
• Contribute input to the global People strategy and support its implementation.
• Develop, implement and align HR policies, processes and solutions across the functional community.
• Provide professional support and advisory services to designated target groups and people leaders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant HR experience combined with vocational, technical or university education.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise discretion and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of operational HR procedures and tools.
