Senior HR Specialist – UAE Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support our infrastructure contracting projects in the UAE. The role will independently manage performance management, end‑to‑end recruitment, and labor‑relation compliance, helping to build a standardized, localized HR system for our overseas development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve a performance management system that aligns with UAE employment regulations and the specific needs of engineering and project roles.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly talent acquisition plans, manage the full recruitment cycle, and maintain high‑quality talent pools across the Middle East.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, manage employee welfare programs, and coordinate visa and work‑permit processes for expatriate staff.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of UAE labor legislation and construction industry HR practices.
• Proven track record in performance management, recruitment, and labor‑relations within a multinational environment.
• Ability to work independently, analyze HR data, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to advise managers and employees on HR policies.
