Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to support a Federal Government Entity in the United Arab Emirates. The role will lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and fostering a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from request to onboarding, including job ads, CV screening, interviews, and offers.
• Maintain accurate employee files and recruitment databases with strict confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations matters, inquiries, grievances, and support disciplinary and compliance procedures.
• Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft HR policies, procedures, internal communications, and manage employee data through the Bayanati system.
• Coordinate government‑related HR transactions and ensure timely submission of records to relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic.
• Demonstrated experience with the Bayanati system.
