About the role
Al Ghurair Development is seeking a Senior Manager to lead brand and campaign strategy, driving brand equity and market positioning across regional and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall brand and campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and commercial objectives.
- Develop integrated campaign and launch strategies to strengthen market relevance and business growth.
- Own and oversee annual brand, campaign, production, and creative investment strategies.
- Lead initiatives supporting project launches, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and consumer insights.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic brand planning and execution.
- Campaign development and integrated marketing.
