Senior Manager – Finance Implementation

About the role

The Senior Manager – Finance Implementation will lead the design, rollout and integration of financial frameworks and ERP solutions for international ports. This role oversees Oracle Fusion implementation projects and ensures local teams are trained and aligned with ADPG accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard financial frameworks for all international ports and own the rollout plan for new port companies worldwide.
• Manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initiation to closure, coordinating with ERP vendors, corporate finance and IT.
• Design and implement integration between operational port systems and Oracle, and prepare project documentation such as timelines, process maps and change‑management plans.
• Lead and coach international teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Chartered accountancy qualification (CPA or CFA) is essential.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP finance implementations, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
