Senior Manager – Finance Implementation

About the role

The Senior Manager – Finance Implementation will lead the design, rollout and integration of financial frameworks and systems for new international ports. This role ensures local teams are trained, processes are standardized, and projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard financial frameworks for all international ports and own the rollout plan for new port companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and the ERP vendor to design chart of accounts, payroll processes, and integrate operational port systems with Oracle Fusion.
• Manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initiation to closure, including documentation, timelines, change management and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and mentor international teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Chartered accountant qualification (CPA, CFA or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion, in a multinational environment.
