Senior Manager – International Tax & M&A Deals (Dubai)

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its International Tax Services and M&A team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact tax advice for cross‑border transactions, from planning through post‑deal integration, for regional and multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and expand thought leadership in international tax structuring, transaction advisory, and post‑deal integration across the region.
• Oversee end‑to‑end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, structuring alternatives, and implementation strategies.
• Interpret complex international tax rules and local regulations, translating them into actionable strategies for large‑scale transactions.
• Design and implement tax‑efficient structures that optimise client value while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international tax, M&A advisory, and cross‑border deal execution.
• Proven ability to lead senior‑level client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a track record of influencing tax policy and practice.
