Senior Manager - Operations (Emirati)

About the role

A health care employer in Dubai is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Manager - Operations to oversee operational performance, improve efficiency and support strategic business objectives. The position is open, permanent and paid up to AED 25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, service delivery and overall operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and cost control.
• Lead, mentor and manage teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and give recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in budgeting, KPI monitoring and process improvement.
