Senior Manager, Student Exchange Academic Program

About the role

The Senior Manager of the Student Exchange Academic Program reports to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs and acts as the primary academic liaison with the International Exchange Office. The role focuses on aligning institutional partnerships with faculty priorities and enhancing study‑abroad pathways across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main academic liaison to the International Exchange Office, ensuring alignment between exchange agreements and departmental goals.
• Collaborate with academic departments to design and formalize discipline‑specific study‑abroad pathways.
• Advise faculty and program leaders on integrating exchange opportunities into curricula and promote these opportunities to students.
• Monitor and evaluate academic outcomes of exchange programs, using data and feedback to refine pathways and improve student success.
• Identify and explore funding opportunities to support and expand study‑abroad initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any field.
• At least 10 years of experience working in academia.
• Proven experience with discipline‑specific internationalization initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
