Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence

About the role

Join Landmark Group’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) to lead strategic recruitment initiatives across a global retail organization. You will shape processes, technology, and partnerships to deliver high‑impact hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Map and optimise end‑to‑end recruitment processes; develop scalable playbooks and operating frameworks.
• Evaluate, implement and enhance recruitment technologies, including ATS and talent acquisition platforms; drive automation and data‑governance improvements.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, overseeing contracts, performance and compliance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
• Lead multiple transformation projects, establishing governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a Centre of Excellence or HR transformation projects.
• Strong project, stakeholder and change‑management capabilities.
• Exposure to recruitment technology, agency management, employer branding and process optimisation.
• Experience in retail, consumer or large multi‑business environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and business‑case development skills.
