Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

HIVE, a fast‑growing real‑estate development and operations company in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand, marketing strategy and growth across its portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy and annual plans aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Set campaign priorities, budgets and performance targets, and act as the senior marketing voice in leadership discussions.
• Implement brand positioning, messaging frameworks and go‑to‑market narratives across markets and products.
• Oversee demand‑generation, launch and growth initiatives, guiding digital, performance and CRM strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise tactics and ensure marketing supports leasing, sales and long‑term brand equity.
• Lead, support and empower the Brand & Creative Manager, creating clarity between strategy and execution.
• Build and scale the marketing function, managing agencies, consultants and partners as needed.
• Collaborate with Development, Property Management, Community and Leadership teams to align marketing with product and operational realities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience with strong strategic capability.
• Deep appreciation for brand and creative disciplines, preferably in real‑estate, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer‑led brands.
• Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial outcomes.
• Comfort operating in a founder‑led, entrepreneurial environment.
• Collaborative, low‑ego leadership style that empowers specialists.
