Senior Marketing Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international consumer brand to find a Senior Marketing Manager who will own the marketing strategy and execution for the Middle East region, based in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on activation across a fast‑growing portfolio of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional marketing strategy across multiple Middle East markets.
• Adapt global campaigns for local audiences while preserving brand consistency.
• Plan and execute on‑the‑ground activations, events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with franchise partners to enhance marketing capability and performance.
• Manage agencies, media activities and maintain regional marketing calendars.
• Analyse campaign performance, ROI and customer insights to optimise future initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally with operations, commercial and brand teams.

Required profile

• Proven regional marketing experience in the Middle East.
• Background in retail, F&B, QSR, hospitality, FMCG or franchise environments.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Experience managing agencies, activations and integrated campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.
