Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sheikh Zayed. The specialist manages the full recruitment cycle: attracting and identifying top talent, building talent pipelines, conducting interviews and working closely with hiring managers. The role also supports employer branding, improves the candidate experience and keeps recruitment data and reports accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified pool of candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Use sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and social media to attract talent.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments when required.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience; tech hiring experience is a must.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good to fluent English.
• Familiarity with startup life.

• Sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
• Excel / Google Sheets or Power BI for tracking metrics
• Structured interview guides and evaluation forms used digitally
• Data accuracy, compliance and dashboard reporting
• Optimizing job postings for visibility and applicant quality
