Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of a multi‑country Oracle Fusion HCM environment. The role combines deep functional expertise with strong technical leadership to ensure a stable, scalable solution across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, and Talent Management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture for multiple countries.
• Stabilise existing implementations by analysing configuration, data, security, integrations and reporting.
• Design, develop and oversee integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL.
• Create and review Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI reports and reconciliation processes.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, cut‑over and production support.
• Provide L2/L3 support, drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Establish HCM standards, documentation and knowledge‑transfer processes for IT and HR teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in HCM/HR technology, with at least two end‑to‑end multi‑country implementations.
• Strong multi‑country experience in Payroll, Time, Absence and Core HR, preferably in the Middle East, Africa or Asia.
