Senior Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that improve business performance, workforce effectiveness, leadership capability, and organizational culture across our construction-focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Assess organizational effectiveness, identify gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Review and improve organizational structures, reporting relationships, and governance arrangements.
• Support workforce planning, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, senior leadership, and functional heads to ensure alignment with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in organizational development, change management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully remote and coordinate with distributed teams.
