About the role

The Senior Personal Banking Advisor will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking inquiries, service requests and sales opportunities within the Call Center.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information and initiate outbound calls as needed.
Understand customers' banking needs, deliver excellent service and resolve issues on the spot.
Convert sales opportunities to meet financial targets.
Explain procedures and products over the phone and capture customer feedback for product development.

Required profile

University graduate, preferably with finance, banking or maths background.
1‑3 years of relevant experience.
Bilingual with strong communication and listening skills.
Highly customer‑focused and computer literate.
