Senior Product Operations Manager

About the role

You will be the ultimate problem‑solver at the heart of our Payroll teams, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and Go‑To‑Market. Owning the end‑to‑end operational lifecycle across 10+ product teams, you will translate customer and operational friction into clear, actionable product insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product signal end‑to‑end: transform raw feedback and friction from operations and customers into clear, prioritized, actionable insights for Product Managers.
• Orchestrate global execution: act as the critical connector between distributed Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, scoping work, answering questions, unblocking decisions and maintaining momentum across time zones.
• Be the ultimate problem‑solver: investigate process breaks or product stalls, uncover root causes and drive solutions from discovery through implementation.
• Navigate and simplify complexity: manage competing demands, structure details, prioritize ruthlessly and make informed decisions without waiting for permission.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in fast‑paced, high‑scale environments such as Series A/B/C startups.
• End‑to‑end ownership mentality, translating product and ops languages and separating true product signals from operational noise.
• Relentless resourcefulness and comfort with rapid context‑switching between customer escalations, engineering syncs and data analysis.
• Autonomous decision‑making with a strong analytical foundation and data‑driven approach.
• Precision communication adaptable to engineers, PMs, customers and leadership.
• Sharp product sense and understanding of software development and shipping.
