Senior Project Manager - Construction

About the role

A leading contracting company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The role suits someone with strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential developments and villa projects, able to manage project teams, budgets, timelines and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules and execution strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Monitor progress, quality standards, cost control and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, UAE regulations, safety and quality requirements.
• Identify risks, delays and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Hold regular progress meetings, prepare reports and manage subcontractor performance.
• Oversee documentation, approvals, variations and handover, keeping projects within budget, timeline and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong experience with high-rise, residential and villa projects.
• Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
