Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will own the full life‑cycle of multiple workplace projects, from initiation through hand‑over. You will ensure that all commercial, design and project‑control activities meet the required pace and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑scale and large‑scale projects, managing front‑end set‑up to full‑cycle delivery.
• Coordinate in‑house and third‑party teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, action registers, risk and change control trackers.
• Produce accurate project dashboards, monthly reports, progress reports, proposals and presentations.
• Drive feasibility studies, prepare initiation proposals and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Guide clients through design brief development, scope definition, delivery programme and consultant responsibility matrices.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with client briefs, quality standards and budget targets.
• Optimize project programmes, conduct impact and delay analysis, and suggest procurement routes.

Required profile

• Proven track‑record of delivering projects end‑to‑end in a construction or workplace environment.
• Ability to manage by exception and develop comprehensive action plans based on client requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience with procurement and contract review.
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication skills for leading client and supplier meetings.
