Senior Project Manager – PMC (Masterplan Villa Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale masterplan villa development in Abu Dhabi for a leading international Project Management Consultancy. This post‑contract role offers the chance to oversee complex construction programmes and work with a high‑profile multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the masterplan villa project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and schedule.
• Control project budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and cost‑tracking mechanisms.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and contractual issues.
• Coordinate and lead large, multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards throughout the construction phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• Strong background in both contractor and PMC environments with hands‑on delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale masterplan villa developments.
• Current residence in Abu Dhabi or recent Abu Dhabi project experience preferred.
