Senior Project Manager – Portfolio Delivery Lead

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Tactical you will own the delivery of an entire client portfolio, overseeing multiple projects across creative, video, digital and AR disciplines. You will lead a team of mid‑level and junior project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑disciplinary projects from kickoff to post‑launch, defining scope and delivery approach.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and risk for multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Act as the primary delivery partner for the Client Partner, handling expectations, escalations and strategic alignment.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and optimise workload across the team.
• Own and optimise portfolio budgets, forecast profitability and contribute to long‑term efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 72 months (6 years) of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex, strategic projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with client partners and creative leads.
• Experience balancing day‑to‑day execution with program‑level strategic planning.
