Senior QA Automation Engineer (Rust/Java) - Margin

About the role

Binance is looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong Java and Rust expertise to join its Margin team. You will ensure the quality, stability and reliability of margin trading products and risk systems, working with engineers, product managers and operations teams across the full software development lifecycle. You will build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for complex trading workflows, risk controls and high-concurrency systems.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the full SDLC, from requirements analysis and test planning through execution, defect tracking, delivery and maintenance, focusing on Java/Rust-based trading and risk systems.
• Work with engineers, product managers, designers and operations teams to give feedback on system design, testing strategies and implementation.
• Set up and manage testing environments, and write detailed test plans and cases for margin calculations, liquidation processes and high-concurrency systems.
• Run black-box, white-box, security, automation and performance tests across web, mobile, backend and distributed systems.
• Keep up with Java and Rust technologies and testing methods, improving automation frameworks and product quality.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing, preferably in tech, fintech or trading platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Rust, and familiarity with automated testing, distributed systems and high-concurrency architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for debugging performance and system issues.
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models is a plus.
