Senior Recruiter - Automotive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our fast‑moving automotive business while also supporting day‑to‑day HR operations. This hybrid position combines strategic hiring with generalist HR responsibilities, ensuring we attract top talent and maintain a compliant, engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for automotive engineering, supply chain, network development, aftersales and corporate roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks and referrals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics and business goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a transparent and professional interview experience.
• Monitor automotive hiring trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires and professional off‑boarding processes.
• Provide employee‑relations support, answering policy, benefits and workplace‑concern queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS databases and assist with monthly HR reporting.
• Support performance‑review cycles, help managers set objectives and facilitate employee development plans.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and internal policies.
• Assist in driving employee‑engagement initiatives, training programs and cultural activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of recruitment experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven exposure to HR generalist duties such as onboarding, performance management, compliance or administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
